Through our Zone AI brand, we’ve developed advanced AI-powered Human Form Recognition (HFR) technology specifically for forklift trucks and other material handling vehicles operating in busy warehouse environments.

Forklift trucks are essential to modern warehouse operations, but they also present significant risks where pedestrians and vehicles work in close proximity. Limited visibility, blind spots, reversing manoeuvres and congested aisles all increase the potential for accidents. Zone AI helps reduce these risks by using AI cameras to detect workers in real time, alerting operators through visual and audible warnings whenever someone enters a designated danger zone. The system enhances operator awareness without disrupting productivity, providing an additional layer of protection where it’s needed most.

Designed specifically for warehouse and logistics applications, the HFR-FLT solution can be tailored to suit a wide range of forklift trucks and material handling equipment. With configurable detection zones, multiple camera options and integration with our On Demand video and telematics platforms, businesses can improve visibility around their fleets while gaining valuable operational insight.

By becoming a UKWA member, we’ll be working more closely with warehouse operators, logistics providers and material handling specialists to better understand the evolving challenges facing the sector.

We’re delighted to join an organisation that shares our commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and protecting people in the workplace. We look forward to building new relationships within the UKWA community and continuing to develop AI-driven safety solutions that help warehouse operators create safer environments for their people while supporting efficient material handling operations.

Talk to the Parksafe Group team about Zone AI

To find out more about Zone AI and our AI-powered pedestrian detection solutions for forklift trucks, warehousing, and material handling operations, get in touch with the Parksafe Group team or explore our range of solutions today.

Get in Touch

Parksafe Group’s Zone AI Joins the UK Warehousing Association to Advance Forklift Safety.
